How to download your generated reports and share them securely.

Downloading a Report
Once a report is generated, it appears in your Reports list with a Download button. Tap it to download the PDF to your device. Reports are available for download for 30 days after generation.
Sharing Reports
Rather than emailing PDF files, consider using Borderly's built-in collaboration features for secure sharing:
- Share access with your attorney — Grant your tax professional direct access to your records so they can generate reports on your behalf. See Sharing with Your Attorney.
- Create a verification token — Give an auditor or tax authority a secure link to independently verify your records. See Verification Tokens.
These methods provide real-time access, a complete audit trail, and eliminate the risk of sharing outdated information.
You can also download the PDF and share it directly if you prefer. The report includes verification information that allows the recipient to confirm its authenticity.
