Understanding Sync

Borderly syncs data between your iOS app and the web dashboard through the cloud. Sync usually happens within seconds when you have an internet connection. If you see different data on different devices, the data may not have synced yet.

Check your internet connection

Both your iPhone and browser need an internet connection for sync to work.

Open the iOS app

Opening the app triggers a sync. Wait a few seconds, then check the web dashboard.

Refresh the web dashboard

Reload the page in your browser to pull the latest data.

Sign out and back in

If data still looks different, try signing out and back in on the device that seems behind.

If data recorded on your iPhone is not appearing on the web, the most common cause is a temporary network issue. Give it a few minutes and refresh.
