Why Days Might Be Missing
There are several reasons a day might not appear on your calendar:
- App was not installed yet — Days before you installed the app are not tracked automatically. You can add them manually.
- Phone was off or in airplane mode — If your phone was completely off for an extended period, the app could not record your location.
- Location permissions changed — If location access was revoked or changed to "While Using App," background tracking stops.
- Sync delay — Sometimes records take a few hours to sync. Check back later.
How to Fix Missing Days
For any missing day, you can add a manual entry. Go to Days, tap the empty date, and select the jurisdiction you were in. Manual entries are clearly labeled so you know they were not from GPS.
It is normal to have occasional gaps, especially when traveling internationally or in areas with poor connectivity. Manual entry is designed for exactly these situations.
