Data Access & Portability

Borderly is designed to give you full access to your records at all times. You can view, search, and review all your data through the web dashboard or iOS app.

For sharing your records with others, we recommend using Borderly's built-in collaboration features, which provide secure, real-time access with a complete audit trail. See Sharing Your Data Securely for details.

Regardless of your subscription tier, you can download individual evidence items (photos, receipts, documents) from your evidence vault. Open any evidence item and tap Download to save it to your device.

You can generate PDF reports of your records and download them directly. Reports provide a comprehensive, formatted view of your data that is easy to share. See Generating Reports.

You can request data exports, including spreadsheet files listing your presence records and evidence uploads. These are available in Reports & Exports from the sidebar, or in your vault in our app. You can always you can download and share individual evidence items, simply visit you vault and select the item you want to share. On the Protect tier and up, Borderly can prepare ZIP archives of all evidence files, and comprehensive audit packages. These are accessible through the verification portal.
