Overview
Borderly offers a 60-day Protect trial so you can start tracking your days immediately. You can sign up on the web at borderly.day or directly in the iOS app.
How to Sign Up
Follow these steps to create your account:
Visit borderly.day or open the iOS app
Tap "Get started" on the website, or download the Borderly app from the App Store and open it.
Choose your account type
Select Individual if you are tracking your own residency. Select Tax Professional if you are an attorney, CPA, or advisor who will manage clients.
Sign up with email or Apple ID
Enter your email and choose a password, or tap Sign in with Apple for a one-tap setup. Apple Sign-In keeps your email private if you prefer.
You're in!
Your account is created and you land on your dashboard. If you chose the iOS app, location tracking begins automatically.
Individual vs. Tax Professional
Individual accounts are for people tracking their own tax residency. You get a personal dashboard with day tracking, evidence storage, goal management, and reports.
Tax Professional accounts are for attorneys, CPAs, and advisors. You get everything an individual gets, plus a professional portal for managing multiple clients, a firm dashboard, and the ability to generate reports and access data on behalf of your clients.
If you are not sure which to choose, start with Individual. You can upgrade to a professional account later from your settings.
