Borderly Capturing and Uploading Evidence
Learn how to add photos, documents, and receipts to your evidence vault.
Overview
You can add evidence from the iOS app or the web dashboard. The iOS app lets you take photos directly with your camera. Both platforms support uploading files from your device.
From the iOS App
To capture evidence on your iPhone:
Go to the Evidence tab
Tap the Evidence tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the + button
Choose to take a photo or select a file.
Capture or select your evidence
Take a photo of a receipt, document, or anything that supports your presence. Or choose an existing file from your device.
Add details
Choose the evidence type (receipt, hotel confirmation, etc.), add optional notes, and link it to a specific day if you like.
Save
The evidence is saved and will upload to your secure vault when you have an internet connection.
From the Web Dashboard
To upload evidence from your browser:
Go to Evidence
Open Evidence from the sidebar.
Click "Upload"
A file upload dialog appears.
Select your file
Choose a photo, PDF, or document from your computer. Files up to 10 MB are supported.
Add details and save
Choose the evidence type, add notes, and save. Your file is uploaded securely.
