Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Borderly subscription.

Overview

You can manage your subscription from Settings > Billing in your dashboard. From there, you can upgrade to a higher tier, manage your payment method, or cancel.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your payment is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. All new features are available right away.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current tier's features until then. When the downgrade takes effect, features above your new tier become unavailable, but all your data is retained. All tiers retain data indefinitely while subscribed.

Cancelling

To cancel, go to Settings > Billing and choose to cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your account becomes read-only for a limited time. If you do not re-subscribe, your data will be permanently deleted.

All new accounts include a 60-day Protect trial. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
