What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay is also supported when subscribing through the iOS app.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge. After that, you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both are available. Annual billing saves up to 17% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel, your account becomes read-only for a limited time. If you re-subscribe during this period, your data and full access are restored. If you do not re-subscribe, your data will be permanently deleted.
Can I get invoices or receipts?
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing and click on your payment history to download invoices for any charge.
