What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay is also supported when subscribing through the iOS app.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy with Borderly, reach out to us at support@borderly.day and we'll make it right. You can also cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both are available. Annual billing saves up to 17% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel, your account becomes read-only for a limited time. If you re-subscribe during this period, your data and full access are restored. If you do not re-subscribe, your data will be permanently deleted.
Can I get invoices or receipts?
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing on the web (or Settings > Subscription in the iOS app) and open your payment history to download invoices for any charge.
