Jurisdiction Colors and What They Mean
Each jurisdiction has a unique color on your calendar. Learn how to read and customize them.
Overview
Every state, province, or country you track is assigned a color. These colors appear on your calendar, dashboard charts, and goal progress displays. Colors help you instantly see where you have been spending your time.
Default Colors
Borderly comes with 18 carefully chosen colors that are designed to be easy to tell apart, even for people with color vision differences. When you add a new jurisdiction, it is automatically assigned one of these colors.
Customizing Colors
If you prefer different colors, you can change them:
Open Settings
Go to Settings from the sidebar.
Tap Jurisdictions
Find the Jurisdictions section.
Tap the color dot
Next to the jurisdiction name, tap the colored circle to open the color picker.
Choose a color
Select from the 18 curated palette colors, or use the custom color picker for any color you like.
