Reading Your Goal Progress
Understand the progress bars, projections, and status indicators on your goals.
Overview
Each goal shows a progress bar and a status indicator. Here is how to read them.
The Progress Bar
The colored progress bar shows how many days you have accumulated versus your target. For example, if your goal is 183 minimum days and you have 91, the bar is about 50% full.
If you are using scenario planning, you may see a semi-transparent "ghost" bar behind the main bar. This shows your projected progress — what your total would be if your planned days happen as expected.
Status Indicators
Each goal shows a status that tells you how you are doing:
- On Track — You are on pace to meet your goal by the end of the period.
- Ahead — You are ahead of schedule.
- Behind — You are falling behind the pace needed to meet your goal.
- At Risk — You may not meet your goal unless your pattern changes.
- Warning — You are approaching a limit (for maximum-day goals).
Projections
When you have an active planning scenario, your goal cards show a Projected number. This is the total days you would reach if your planned future days are included. It helps you plan ahead and see whether your current plan will meet your goals.
