Can't Sign In or Access My Account
Troubleshooting login issues, forgotten passwords, and account access.
Forgot Your Password?
Go to borderly.day/forgot-password and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Apple Sign-In Issues
If you signed up with Apple Sign-In and are having trouble, make sure you are using the same Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple to see which apps are using your Apple ID.
Account Locked or Expired Session
For security, your session may expire after a period of inactivity. Simply sign in again. If you are being repeatedly signed out, try clearing your browser cookies or updating the iOS app to the latest version.
