Borderly Onboarding New Clients
Invite new clients to Borderly or connect with existing users.
Overview
You can bring clients into Borderly in two ways: invite someone who does not yet have an account, or request access from an existing Borderly user.
Inviting a New Client
To invite someone who does not yet have a Borderly account:
Go to Invites
Open Invites in the professional sidebar.
Send an invitation
Enter the client's email address. They will receive an email with a link to create an account and automatically connect with you.
Client signs up
When the client creates their account through the invitation link, the connection is established automatically.
Connecting with Existing Users
If your client already has a Borderly account, ask them to share access with you from their Settings > Sharing page. They will need your email address to send the invitation.
